Changes to Public Chat

I wanted to ask if we could make some changes to Chat.

Currently, the #global and public chat are the same color which can be pretty confusing. I recommend that we change the #global color, so people can easily differentiate between regular chat and #global conversations.

Additionally, could we update event notifications and instance messages to only show when either Public or Public Chat is enabled in your message log settings? I know a lot of people have Whispers in a separate chat box, so they can keep whispers if they're afk. Instance messages (ET for example sends a lot of messages) and event notifications (especially when there's multiple winners) tend to crowd those out.

On the second change requested on this thread, I wanted to show what I meant:

My "Limited" chat box only has these two options selected:

However, instance messages flood the chat. This is even worse in instances like Constellation Tower, Endless Tower, and Endless Cellar that generate a X remaining monsters on this floor message for each monster killed.

The request is to move instance messages to Public, Public Chat, or Quest Info.

i hope muh can do something about this.. its ok if the notification only. but not include in chat. its hard to see. thanks ^^
