Suggestion - Warper Access to Thanatos Tower Floors 10, 11, 12

I suggest allowing the Warper NPC to provide transportation to floors 10, 11, and 12 of Thanatos Tower. This change will enhance accessibility, increase participation, and save players time.

We just recently declined this. We still feel these areas are easy enough to reach.
