Background:
Since we have 5 castles enabled, I noticed how annoying it is on using the normal warper to choose which castle to go on. Especially with FE, SE, and TE all available on the warper. It only shows down from wanting to warp to the target castle.
Suggestion:
This NPC should be available on big cities where @go enabled. Here's my idea of what the NPC should be able to do:
During WoE:
This NPC will be the warper of the current active WoE castles. For example:
During yesterday's WoE TE I noticed how annoying it is to actually clicking the Warper > Guild Castles > [TE] Aldebaran Castles > Kafragarten 1-5. It would be nice to have the NPC just show Kafragarten 1-5 instead.
During Non-WoE:
This NPC will tell the players when the WoE schedules gonna be and if there's anything going on. For example voting for the new WoE time that's currently going on in #woe-discussion Discord.
