A few options for the emperium being destroyed:

The emperium in Kafragarten 1 has been destroyed by Choi
The emperium in Kafragarten 1 has been destroyed. It is now owned by the guild Shady Communications.
The emperium in Kafragarten 1 has been destroyed by Choi. Is is now owned by the guild Shady Communications.

I think it might be better to add the guild name there.

balance - I think it's fine to show after each kill. I recommended adding a command where people can turn off pvpannounce, so that it doesn't spam the chats of those who are uninterested!
