Disable Swap Gear Permanently

as the title says but this is ONLY in all Siege maps such as PvP Room FFA/WOE TE Mode and Guild Castle all TE
and if we gonna have 3rd class and 4th class PVP (same disable permanently)
reason:

it can't be tested to balance it because when it comes to testing damage it will only test their defensive setup "while most of the time people love to stay in DPS gear cus they want to kill"
having 2 setups swap is crazy (e.g in the previous server Sura use 2 swap gear setups, 1 GoH gear and 2nd is TC gear a lot of people complained about this because you're asked to survive both range and melee damage at the same time and by that time range damage can kill you where you try to invest to survive their long-range skills but the melee so easy to kill with the Snap AoE TC)
in here what I can see rn is that Sinx with 1st setup SBK build and 2nd setup is AutoAttack/SB build
put a cooldown on swap gear still does not fix the issue as long there's a chance to use the function

this is my experience in the previous server where I enjoy it because it can be abused but also there's suffering in this.

the idea of this

learn to build Hybrid between gear dps and defensive in 1 setup only "not depending on swap gear 1 full side setup"

I really don't understand this, why is the Swap Gear function a problem?
Let's take a sura as an example if you carry 2 sets, one for TC and one for GoH you don't have a defensive setup.
Swap Gear helps to clear up your bm to put more skills/consumables. I don't see the problem there.
Even if you want to ban Swap Gear people can still use the BM to put their gears.

Also, building hybrid is a bit stupid, it only works on a handful of characters, and you won't resist as much and won't deal as much damage.

sory bro haha, I'm against this. i get the point you're pointing out. but this is kind of not good for DPS class like wiz,sniper, and assassin. they have squishy health to not have alternative swap of defense and dps build. this might be a good idea for 3rd/4th job but not on trans <3

From a technical point of view, this suggestion should be saying "lock equipment while in castle".
As removing swap equip would not change anything, because there's still a skillbar to swap equip.

If we'd go the "locking" way that would make equipment breaking VERY strong.

Muh Locking the gears is a really bad idea.
Let's say my guild is attacking a castle and the enemy guild has a heavy magical precast, so i use a magical defensive setup squeezing every elemental resistance i can. We pass the precast and we prepare to GvG, the guild i'm playing is in a terrible disadvantage damage wise and resistance wise since i can't swap to my offensive gears or range resistance gears.
Besides breaking gears let's say we bring a BS/WS, that makes that decision pretty useless, since it will be on my inventory and i won't be able to re equip.

also i kinda don t want to bang my head on my keyboard everytime when i need to switch gears 😃
