Eden and Main are considered an internal building, which doesn't allow the skill to be used. It's a simple request, and a rather strange issue. Convenio brings your party members to you, so I'm unsure why this skill would be disabled indoors. I'm assuming it's the same reason fly wings are disabled, or perhaps it's an exploitive skill to bypass quest prerequisites?
Well, I hope we can at least allow it in Main and Eden, just for the quest hand ins. I would really appreciate it.
