Arc Mage and most of mage stay T0,T1 all the time, now at most of instance team full of mage,
no need tanker, just burst and burst.

As you see, Mage no need too much gear, they can do 100m++ damage,
its too eazy to play, makes physical class looks like nothing,
(thats why i play mage as my farming class right now)
some physical even you end game gear , you still cant eazy to 1 hit biospheremob.
arc mage just teleport, Soul Expansion , aoe skill, all just in 0.1 second kill all the mob.
Also, alot of boss or mob they absorb physical damage and heal them self, reflect physycal damage, but they can kill by magic damage, i didnt see any boss can absorb magic damage, only the mob on sarah & ferir's that cow.
For the game balance ,
1) making mage type of class more low defends, mage is mage , should be more soft if get physical attack
make they cant tank boss and more eazy die when farming mob getting hit ( if not Imperial born for joke lol...)
2) more skill cd time 1/2 second > cant instanse cast every skill
3) more magic damage absorb's mob or boss , magic reflect in bio5,4 .
4) or other suggestion.
Career-specific changes suggess:
Nerv
Arc Mage
- Soul Expansion become single target, or 2,3 target, it should be boss killing skill,
if you choose soul expansion ,then you need to abandonment your all farming set up.
Buff class-
Imperial Guard
- Buff Cross Rain, take away that global 2 second cd and vairable casting , the only one farming skill,
make it better please.
Wind Hawk-
- Buff Trap , Advaced Trap/ Solid Trap/ Flame Trap / Deep Blind Trap/ Swift Trap
make damage alittle bit higher,
- Dim Glacier add trap skill option.
(other physical class let you guys suggess)
