Costume Alt for those "Cash Shop" Hat

Seems like quite a number of those can't be changed into costumes.
Which is a shame, since, while they are mostly obsolete in the current content, they still look pretty neat.

I meant all those craftable hats that are also found in the cash shop, as in the Focus Beret, Rideword hat, Spell Circuit, Evil Marcher hat, Smokie Leaf and the like.
I could go and compile you a more complete list (with their IDs) if needed.
