These are Class Specific Balance suggestions for 4th class PvP.
The goal of these changes is to be a starting point for balance. The changes are to have classes less reliant on long cooldown game warping buffs (e.g. Telekenesis Intense, Rush Quake, etc.) and with my limited knowledge reduce some very overpowered skills damage outputs.
Please keep in mind the below changes should only affect PvP maps and should not affect other maps. Any skills with cooldown changes should only have the cooldown change when used in PvP maps (skills used outside of pvp maps shouldn’t then have the cooldown reduced when entering the pvp map).
Arch Mage
- Reduce Telekinesis affect to x1.2 and reduce cooldown to 30 seconds.
- Reduce Damage of Astral Strike by 50%
- Reduce Climax Cooldown to 30s.
- Reduce Climax AP Cost to 25
- Reduce Increased Damage from Climax to 30%
Note: need to play around with EM a bit, as I’m not understanding the skills
Meister
- Reduce Rush Quake cooldown to 10s
- Reduce AP Cost of Rush Quake to 25
- Reduce Rush effect to (2 x Skill level) %
- Reduce Quake effect to 20%
- Reduce Rush Quake Damage by 70%
Biolo
- Reduce Research Report Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Hell Tree Cooldown to 30s
Wind Hawk
- Reduce Calamity Gale Cooldown to 30s.
- Reduce Unlimit Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Unlimit Ranged Physical Damage Increase to 50%
- Increase damage of Hawk Rush, Hawk Boomerang, Cresive Bolt, and Gale Storm by 150%
Troubadour/Trouvere
- Reduce Mystic Symphony Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce increased damage from Mystic Symphony to 30%
Dragon Knight
- Reduce Cooldown of Dragonic Aura to 10s
- Reduce AP Cost of Dragonic Aura to 25
- Reduce Damage of Dragonic Aura by 70%
- Reduce Cooldown of Vigor to 30s
- Reduce AP Cost of Vigor to 25
- NGL I don’t really know how great of a buff Vigor is. It should have a reduction in damage, but it doesn’t have a related skill?
Imperial Guard
- Reduce Cooldown of Holy Shield to 15s
- Reduce Prestige Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Prestige Magic Dodge effect by 50%
Abyss chaser
- Reduce From the Abyss cooldown to 10s
- Reduce Abyss Slayer Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Abyss Slayer AP Cost to 25
- Reduce Abyss Slayer Buff to 15 S.MATK and P.ATK
Shadow Cross
- Reduce Shadow Exceed Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Shadow Exceed AP Cost to 25
- Reduce increased damage on other skills with Shadow Exceed to 30%
- Reduce Fatal Shadow Crow Cooldown to 15s
- Reduce Fatal Shadow Crow AP Cost to 25
- Reduce Dark Claw effect additional damage to 50%
Sky Emperor
- Reduce Enchanting Sky Cooldown to 10s
- Reduce Enchanting Sky AP Cost to 25
- Reduce All in the Sky AP Cost to 25
Hyper Novice
- Reduce Breaking Limit Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Breaking Limit AP Cost to 25
- Reduce Breaking Limit Bonus for Double Bowling Bash and Shield Chain Rush to 15% and Mega Sonic Blow and Spiral Pierce Max to 25%
- Reduce Rule Break Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Rule Break AP Cost to 25
- Reduce Rule Break Bonus for Meteor Storm Buster, Ground Gravitation, and Napalm Vulcan Strike to 15% and Jupitel Thunderstorm, Jack Frost Nova, and Hell's Drive to 25%
- Reduce Ground Gravitation damage by 50%
Nightwatch
- Reduce Hidden Card Cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Ranged Physical Damage increase to 30%
Soul Ascetic
- Reduce Soul of Heaven and Earth cooldown to 30s
- Reduce Soul of Heaven and Earth AP Cost to 25
- Reduce Damage Buff to 15%
