Events

💡new permanent Event: Happy Hour
• 5 random maps will be announced as Happy Hour Maps every 4 hours
• Happy Hour duration is 1 hour
• during the Happy Hour Exp (stacks with Manuals), Drop (stacks with bbg), Zeny gain is boosted by 50%
• additionally each monster has a small chance to drop some donation shop item
• Happy Maid NPC at serene_city 214,97 will have additional information after the first Happy Hour (05:30 Server Time)

Instances/Dungeons/Quests

Mjolnir Underground Cave: reverted monster population changes (23% more monsters compared to last patch)
Note: We see this dungeon as a special case because it is built in the shape of tunnels and therefore requires a higher monster population
Alice Twisted Madness:
• added Normal / Hardmode to cooldown settings and @cd command
• added Nightmare Keyholder and Jabberwocky hunting quests to instance board
Airship Destruction:
• added Normal / Hardmode to cooldown settings and @cd command
• standardized instance creation/entrance (1 Reenter ticket as usual)
• added Aquila hunting quest to instance board
Iwin Patrol:
• added to cooldown settings and @cd command
• standardized instance creation/entrance (1 Reenter ticket as usual)
• added instance completion quest to instance board
Simulation Battle:
• added to cooldown settings and @cd command
• standardized instance creation/entrance (1 Reenter ticket as usual)

Old Glast Heim Challenge Mode:
• renamed Phantom Himmelmez to Phantom of Himmelmez (including card)

• renamed Prime Corrupted Soul to Fallen Root (including card)
• renamed Mutated Khalitzburg to Mutating Khalitzburg (including card)

• if you rescue 5 Fainted Passengers, the boss will be Unidentified Life Forms, otherwise it will be Unknown Creature (fixed)
• When Zack at the entrance summons the MVP, the party will no longer be warped. Instead the boss will be announced and spawns immediatly.
• as soon as the boss has been summoned the rope system will allow you to warp to the top
• there are no treasures / NPCs at the top anymore - there's no special reward NPC
• drop chances of boots from the MVP have been increased drastically
• added Unidentified Creatures and Unidentified Life Forms hunting quests to instance board
Sara's Memory
• added Irene High Elder hunting quest to instance board
Constellation Tower
• added Naght Sieger and Betelgeuse hunting quests to instance board

Items/Item handling

updated many items to their official NPC sell value
• in most cases affected items are worth less zeny compared to before (notable exceptions are listed below)
• this can also result in materials for classes to be cheaper / more expensive now (e.g. arrows, cannon balls, etc.)
• notable increase in item worth: Gold / Silver / Platinum Bullion, Deep Sea Kraken's Leg, Tooth of Jitterbug, Fragment of Gigantes, Mysterious Part, Somatology Research Document / Experimental Fragment
• areas with notable item worth increase: Prontera Underground Prison, Invaded Prontera, Flame Basin, Illusion of Frozen, Illusion of Labyrinth
fixed Experience Shadow Weapon to be selectable for Shadow 9 Refine Hammer (this time for real)

NPC

💡Refiner: added new option to refine level 5 weapons / level 2 armors faster:
• Zeny cost is 20% higher compared to regular refining
• this option will try to refine up to your desired refine level up to +10 for as long as you have materials
• you can choose to confirm after each attempt manually or let it run until done or materials are gone
• Pity-System is fully utilized
💡Cooldowns NPC: added an option to deactivate all options at once
💡moved Supika (Daily Quests) next to the Illusion of Labyrinth warp location
Heimhunter now sells Samatology Experimental Fragment for an increased price due to the item being worth more zeny
💡Exp-Settings NPC moved to main_office 103,59
💡Exp-Event Manager NPC moved to serene_city 189,96
💡Moved some NPC in eden to the left side
💡Moved Build Manager and Prince Croix slightly to the walls

PvP / GvG

WoE SE (3rd Jobs) Test-Run on next Saturday 07:00 Server Time
• this shall be used to test mechanics / functions related to WoE SE
• details about limitations will be posted on the MuhRO PvP discord
• Castle Owner will be reset afterwards

Other

💡Inventory can now be expanded to 250 spaces
💡added new command @utc to set your timezone:
• this will be displayed on MVP Tombs and @time command for now
• if you are affected by daylight savings time you will have to adjust this every time
• this can be set at Settings NPC
KS Penalty debuff has been updated:
• exp/drop/zeny penalty now is 10% per 10 stacks
• if you have 20+ stacks your movement speed will be reduced to basic speed
• if you have 20+ stacks your skills will start to fail (100% at 50 stacks)
Client's Report Feature is now functional:
• use this to report players that you suspect of using illegal programs or exploiting bugs
• use this function with caution

So it's hard to start now for newbies. Less mobs less value of loots, And we're having slow progress.

jam2946 Not as bad as you make it.... at least if we're talking new players. This server offers so much for new players that it is insane...Muh Coins especially, all day everyday via Auto Events just to name one thing and now Happy Hour. RO life is excellent here for a new player and remember, ignorance is a prison cell lol....it also depends on what information a new player has that will make their RO lives either that much more difficult or easy.

Muh oh sorry, 😃 was refering to th12 because to me as a newbie that;s the only place i know to farm raw zenny. i understand nerfing or reducing the mobs, but reducing the value of loots maybe thats what i dont understand.
