- reverted maximum stat point limit for 4th Jobs back to 130
- reverted maximum level for non-baby extended Job Classes back to 200 (Ext. Super Novice, Summoner, Start Emperor, Soul Reaper, Rebellion, Kagerou / Oboro):
• this will make some future updates easier as no one had one of those classes at 200+ anyway
