Unknown Boots Refine Hammer

I'm suggesting to add a refine hammer for Unknown Boots, while it is meta for some classes, the usage is fairly niche and would help people who want to use it. To be fair, you only need +11 C for it, but having a refine hammer (preferably without BSB- akin to Dim Glacier or at least lower than 14 BSB) would help the grading process.

I'd agree on the hammer part but not the without bsb part, this boots is still endgame for some niche builds as you say. As you said, the "max" refine/grade you'd aim for is only +11 C anyway, why not invest a little 14 bsb for your endgame niche build?

Btw, the "niche builds" in question is TFB and Dragonic Breath which aren't very niche, but meh.

yeah, bsb is readily available to farm.

Since these boots seem to have a +13 bonus would it be possible to get the refine hammer threshold increased?
