Heros Heirloom Increase Duration decrease cd

I would like to suggest to increase the duration of ALL the buffs provided to 3-5min
(some only have like 1 min duration)

Also i would like to suggest decreasing the CD of the item to 30sec as imo 1min is too long
(for example team fight you respawn go back out in like 10-20sec if you die right after you don t have your buff anymore for a while)

Not sure if I should reply since this thread is pretty old, but you only have to use Heirloom when you first spawn in BG and when you need the rebuff, because the Therapist NPC on the death room gives the buff to you as you go back to the field o: I think this is already pretty good system.
