disable exp penalty

disable exp penalty, so you get at least 100% exp even when you are to high level for the area.
Since there are only a few spots if you are _lvl240. This would be helpful

Hello,

as we only have penalty for being too high we think the problem you experience and feel the effects of the penalty is starting around level 230+.
There are areas without penalty (illusion dungeons) and the daily quests are also unaffected.

New areas with high level monsters will also be added.

All in all we think it's ok to reach the finish line (lvl 250) a little slower.

remove penalty when you reached lvl 250, otherwise its a pain to lvl a new homunculus.
