Distorted Crescent - Adjustment

Hello everyone, I came here to suggest a better quality of life for Ninja players on the server with a small adjustment to the Distorted Crescent skill. It is a supportive Ninja skill that serves to buff your ATK or MATK based on HP or SP with the Odd/Even mechanic, honestly I think that this skill as it is today is something very outdated that hinders the player more than it helps. user since depending on what you want to buff you have to do the math to make it work. I would like to suggest that the Odd/Even condition be removed from the skill so that it gives the atk and matk buff at the same time, thus facilitating the use of the skill during gameplay, since a single lost hp or recovered sp can harm greatly affects the player's life, I don't believe that this suggestion is something "broken" because the skill will continue doing what it already does and the only purpose is to improve the player's life

I like this.

One of the biggest issue for DC in your normal daily farm run is not only its short duration but the odd/even mechanic, you can get royally screwed if you cast it midfight and eat a stray bullet and leave your hp out of the ''odd/even'' pool.

This usually doesnt mean too much but due to its short duration, you will find yourself in these situations quite a lot (and you know..most ranged ninjas/melee need to stick point blakn to the mobs for their majority of skills) hence I myself never use distorted in any type of farm run.

This would be a massive qol improvement and its not broken at all.

lakadema I don't know how much at the time the skill was released and maybe there was some sense in this mechanic, but nowadays it is more harmful than the benefit of this odd/even mechanic, I agree with you and I don't even put this skill on my bar due to the difficulty which is to use it correctly.

izuni I never payed attention (since i completely ignored this skill so far haha) but its as short or even shorter than 16th night iirc. Basically you need to constantly recast it and that's extremely annoying and barring impossible when you are farming with kunai rotation in high density mob fields, cuz even the slightest tap from a mob will most likely gut your attack when you cast DC if you are not paying attention and it can even screw you when you are mid casting.

So currently the safest choice is to completely ignore it.

BUT, if this gets implemented..make it only a pvm mechanic, this skill also serves as an extremely annoyig pvp disturbance skill, so you prolly gutting its pvp/bg potential if you change it one sidedly.
