- Item Enchanters can now enchant Gray Wolf Equipment

Skills:
- fixed Jack Frost Nova's debuff to increase damage from water elemental sources only
- fixed Round Trip to be handled as ranged attack
- fixed Fire Dance to be handled as ranged attack
- fixed Fire Rain to be handled as ranged attack
- Item Creation Skill Chances (Prepare Potion, Special Pharmacy, Mix Cooking, Rune Mastery, Iron Tempering, Steel Tempering, Enchanted Stone Craft, Weapon Forging) will be calculated as if you are Job Level 70 upon reaching 4th Job
Other:
- EXP penalty will be deactivated upon reaching Max Level
- Unquip All Button now unequips everything
- added a broadcast-reminder to rate us which will be shown once a day to you
