Hey there, currently Haggler Pass (50042) gives you the passive merchant benefit of increasing your item sell price from 100% to 124% from providing the Overcharge, this makes life easier as we no longer have to go to a merchant character to maximize selling zeny from goods.
Another nice quality of life to go with it would be if it provided the Discount skill as well to go with it, to completely remove the need for a merchant character when buying NPC items.
