A lot of new players come to this server, and they expect the tickets to just work upon usage/buying. A lot of them also waste this ticket, and rather, burn their early zenny on being lazy, and ruin their own gameplay experience because of it.
My suggestion: When you first talk to Temporal Tina, there should be a LARGE RED TEXT, pointing to 17.2 and onward requires you to finish the quest once before the ticket can be used on an alt.
Why is this important? Someone who buys this ticket, may immediately choose to leave, feeling they wasted their time and effort to earn that zenny. It's a bummer to anyone who is not aware and refuses to read. Yes, I understand this is their problem, but it is also a solution for these types of people to remain and make less mistakes during their early experience.
