Stheno I think there were severals costume that should be put into garment but instead placed at low hg, it would be nice if we can change it to suit our taste .
Muh Headgear and garment costumes work differently. This would require the costume to be recreated from scratch as garment costume. This is not something we're going to pursue at the moment
