I was told that this might be resolved by using the closest proxy, but it didn't change anything.
Basically when the Cowring event starts, and you click one to attack it, you just run up to it, wait almost a solid 2 seconds, and then start attacking. This doesn't change even if you're on a character with high ASPD. The behavior is not exclusive to Cowrings, but considering the nature of the event compared to the rest of the game - its not as much of an issue elsewhere.
So you're trying to attack this cowring, you stand there like a dummy doing nothing waiting for your fist to wind up, and it teleports.
Can we put a 5s cooldown on the cowring teleport from when they spawn, so that we can actually hit some of them before they teleport away and are eaten by people with closer connections please?
