Banker Bowsette opens a mega bank, dodgeballs fly, commands get cool, and crashes go poof! 🐮🎉

🏦 Master Account Bank / 🛒 Merchant Sales Auto-Bank Feature

The old Account Bank system is now replaced with a Master Account Bank NPC.
The new NPC Banker Bowsette is located in the Main Office.
You can summon Bowsette by opening the Bank through the UI or using the shortcut (CTRL+B).
This bank is shared among all characters on your Master Account.
It can hold significantly more Zeny than the old system.
Only one character can access it at a time.
Bowsette can manage 17-Carat Diamonds, with fees applying as usual.
All Zeny from merchant sales will now be deposited directly into the Master Bank, preventing any purchase failures due to Zeny limits on the merchant.
Zeny from the old account bank will automatically transfer to the Master Bank when each account logs in the first time.

🔔 Client

🖥️ SEA Proxy #2 has been removed.
🖥️ SEA Proxy #1 has been reverted to its original configuration (no more India rerouting).

📌 Events

🎉 Mega Dodgeball has been adjusted and is available during GM Event Hours.
🐛 The Leap skill can no longer be used in Serene City, Neustadt, and the Summer Map.
💡 Amanda will join the Summer Event for 30 minutes after each fishing session.
👗 Cool Summer Outfit and Summer Vacation Costumes can now be found in summer mining/digging (10 min buffs).

🐛 Fixed monster movement behavior when they lose their target.

🎮 Skills

🐛 Ride in Lightning will no longer hit through walls.
🐛 Fixed Frost Joke / Scream:
- Base chance to cause status changes to party members is now one-fourth of the original chance.
- Variable duration of Frost Joke when applied to party members is now always 15 seconds.
⚖️ Miracle proc chance doubled. Chance decreases when AGI is above 46 (92 AGI = halved chance).
⭐️ Updated visuals for Biolo's Bionics, Meister's ABRs, Elemental Master's Elementals, and Wind Hawk's Hawk.
🐛 Fixed some status descriptions.

🏰 Homepage

⭐️ Added Master Bank and Temporary Bank to Master Account Page. Temporary Bank is where you zeny from sales land - these are automatically transferred to Master Bank whenever you interact with the Banker NPC

💭 Other

💡 New command @getall added: moves all items from storage to inventory until full or storage is empty (storage must be open).
Note: handles full stacks only.
💡 Reworked @restock command:
- Works with any storage.
- Storage must be open to use this command.
- All item types are allowed.
- Equipment fails if you try to restock more than one (as it's not stackable).
- For multiple stacks of the same item (e.g., normal, named, bound, bg, woe), it will try to get only one. Split them across storages to ensure you get the correct one.
- You can still use @restock woe/bg to get bg/woe items only.
💡 Updated @storeall command: it can now store account-bound items into non-guild storages (storage must be open).
🐛 Fixed an issue causing crashes near muted players.
💡 Players can now use @me, @pettalk (works even with @silentpet), and @homtalk commands.
Note: Owners are responsible for their pets' or homunculi's talk.
⭐️ Added new command @settings to summon the Settings NPC next to you.
⭐️ Added new command @setrates to summon the EXP-Settings NPC next to you.
🐛 Old Payon no longer has Event Map restrictions.

Nice patch! The auto deposit feature from merchant sales is super sweet! I really like the @getall addition too!!! But.. I have to admit, I'm not a huge fan of this new banking system as a whole. What was just a few clicks to get anything is now finding the NPC, selecting an option in a dialogue, and manually entering amounts in the millions/billions. Thankfully, it seems entering any random amount greater than what you have just gives you everything. I guess.. I don't really mind the NPC.. but I already miss the quick selects for 100k, 1m, 10m, or all..🙁

@Muh Is it possible to roll back the changes to the banking UI leaving only NPC in Main Office? Or make them somehow by choice so that those who liked this new feature could use it and those who didn't could use the old window? Or at least think in this direction? Maybe something can be done, I don't know.

As the most ordinary player without hundreds of billions in banks across dozens of accounts I can say that this novation… Uh… It's just catastrophically inconvenient to be honest. It's clear that you wanted to do the best but in my opinion you went way too far with it.

DreamFall The main reason why we "skipped" the UI is because of its amount limitation which is tied to the client. I will think about if we want to give you the option to opt out of master account bank.

I should say I don't like this @restock rework at all. That probably was the most convenient feature of the server, especially for classes that use A LOT of ammo. What do we do now? Carry like thousands of items with half the weight limit taken by default?

mephilin We never wanted it to be the way it was, it felt just "wrong". But we kept it until we finished the rework. Ammo boxes are there for that.

It was just unpleasant surprise, coz I don't know how things are supposed to be and what were your plans for the future. It's so easy to get used to comfort tho 🙂

Muh Mhm, I see. Thanks for the answer.

By the way an idea arose about how else this could be implemented: maybe make it so that default window remains as well as Bowsette in the Main Office, but that new bank feature is called upon @bank command (similar to how it was done in the this patch with EXP and settings NPCs)? And if it matters people will even be able to bind it to the same CTRL+B shortcut via macros for example. Sounds like a compromise in my opinion. 🤷‍♂️

I can only add my voice to those complaining about the new bank system interface.

I understand the limitations of the official system, but this doesn't mean we can't have something of our own that is conveniant to use.
I do believe something more ergonomic can be design, and i look forward to some improvement.

i really love the reworks of the Master Bank Account..

but as suggestion, can you make the old bank account co-exist with the Master Bank Account? I feel leaving that to co-exist wont hurt anyone. having option which one to use, is always better.
