Reworked Summer Race Feedback

My take on this is to allow the race to commence automatically after a set of time of 2-3 minutes when there's at least 3 racers or something.

Akin Actually, that might work well. 😃 Have it auto fill after a certain amount of time. Thank you, I hope they consider this.

Currently the system only allows you to get points when winning the race - and even then it's 1 point. I suggest participating in the race itself allows you to get points (even just 1) and winning the race awards you with more points (e.g. 3 or 5).

Would like some way to get some participation prize at least, i think this is super tough if you would like to get all the race costumes.

this rework is for more active players at summer race.

Last race were 10.893 total wins and players still have a lot of racing coins left over ~

Now , if you want every costume, you will need 6 x 75 Points = 450 Points.

Last Ranking first place had enough points to buy all costumes, if we had this system from beginning, and he also has over 200 racing coins available, the same for the other players below in the ranking.

For now this system is fine as it is. Players are forced to spend the racing coins (and believe me there are a lot out there, waiting in storages to be used) also to fish more and participate at the race ~

I would be okay with it if the races aren't either 100 people trying to get in, or people waiting minutes to have a single race start. Add to boot 75 wins to get one.

i dont mind that we need to have more coins to win, its just the time consumed to spend coin is waaaayy to slow (gonna be boring) at some point.

Therefore can we atleast please reworked Summer Race ? with the current system, it really takes ALOT OF TIME just sitting on the piers , and spam click the npc just to get "points" for the shop.

Where its automated race between all types of Monster (all of 6 or 7 of it).
Afterwards, the players can bet 1 Coin on each rounds on which Monster they want to bet on. Player can only bet based on which coin that they have. (Ex. Vadon Coin > betting for Vadon)
If the specific Monster win > they have the same rewards as we have now.

on this scenario >

we dont have to wait 6 people to start the race
we can get more than 1 winner each rounds (few betters on the same monster)
its faster to spend coin.

and i believe, i dont see the cons on it for player / admin . (other than the needed effort of the dev to apply this system)

Chirp That's something I'd love to talk about as there's already another suggestion. Besides reworking the NPC, would more frequent shorter fishes help spread out the players instead of the "masses" every 4 hours?

Muh Please make the monsters walk faster as well. The race is quite time consuming and RNG dependant. Sometimes you will won't win a single race per session. Not everyone can online 24/7, casual players would realistically only able to join fishing/race event once per day. As summer event will last probably 1 more month or so it's hard for them to gather the necessary points if they wish to obtain more than 1 costume from the race.

Muh someone had the wonderful idea of just starting the race after like 2 minutes of the first participant entering, that way, the races continue even when everyone is offline. I think that would help people's chances.
