PVP skill change: Illusion - Death

Hi, there is a skill for Kagerou & Oboro called Illusion - Death. Unfortunately it isn't useable in PVP because the character needs to be a lower level than you for it to work. Most people that are in the PVP environment are at max level. Can we have it changed to the official so it also works for people that are at the same level as you? https://irowiki.org/wiki/Illusion-Death

Coma chance only applies if the Kagerou/Oboro's Base Level is higher or equal compared to the target.
Lvl up to max - Problem solved

The skill does what the skill description says: Cast a curse on the target, lowering his stats and HP

Bonus Luk gets reduced to (-1), HP is reduced, and curse is inflicted.

You could inflict coma as well, but as it says: "Has a chance of casting Coma effect on players by a low chance."

The success chance is not for the coma, but rather the skill's success which would be: Cast a curse on the target, lowering his stats and HP

This is the main thing I am talking about. Everyone in PVP is maxed level so no one is going to be lower level than you.

RafaelTrujillo1433 I did test it on level 200 characters though. Which is the max level for bg/woe/pvp.

The coma still applied and everything I've mentioned o.o
