I was in the lucky position that I could prepare/buy the seals I needed before the CT update was released, and I imagine so did all players that already reached endgame otherwise and had resources to spare.
Players that were busy gearing up did not have that opportunity, and now that many mats are vacuumed off the market, they'll have a very bad time.
Considering that the new enchant adds a huge buff, but at the same time, is expensive enough to not waste it on an imperfect seal, this widens the gap between established players that benefited from past markets and newer players which we'd like to keep playing here.
