Since there's a bunch of Pumpkinrings and Whisperings all over the world now due to Halloween, would be nice to add a drop item from them that let's us transform into them similar to how the GM Run event made us transformed into pumpkins. These should serve no purpose other than to change our sprite temporarily and perhaps disable the use of skills while active as it'll just be a for fun item to use while mingling and/or walking around anywhere. Can also make it untradeable so it's not something that would affect the economy in any way while incentivizing people to farm them. Alternatively make them sold by some event NPC at paramk if this is preferred.
TLDR: Add for fun items. It's festive and fun.
