Training Room RES/MRES limit increase

please increase the RES/MRES stat Limit in the Training Rool

Current Upper Limit for RES is 2000 and MRES is 1999

bug report: MRES cap needs a fix, entering 2000 will return a value of 0 for MRES

Monster MRES is over 2000!

also I need a reason to cope for my Master Shadow Gear expenses. thank you
