Currently it takes approximately 35 days to fully enchant and grade a Muqaddas weapon from +0 to Grade A +11 both enchants.
Based on this chart I made:
Assuming a player does the 1500 kills a day (x15 -> x100 kills and x3 -> x500 kills), it takes them approximately 35 days, considering that farming outside of the daily would be highly inefficient.
Petition:
Lower the upgrade, refine and grading cost.
Solution:
Add 
Priest's Relic (1001201) and 
Priest's Holy Water (1001202) to the mob's drop with a drop chance between 3 to 5%.
