Further increase gears limitation to + 15?

Hello who enjoy PVP environment. As far as i know we have gears limitation at + 15 for weapons, and +12 for armor

I suggest increase the max refine is 15 for all items. It is not OP i think so, a bit dmg increase i believe dont break the match.

Why i suggest that, we have a new goal for items just for PVP, and want it grow up a little day by day (go from 12 to 15 is very hard)
It takes time and we have work to do with that, and i love the feeling when refine item

Tbh im agains it and more to a +12 cap in generell.

Reason is Just to Balance out new players agains old ones and making it easier to get New peeps into it. +15 is Just a huge money/time barrier.

There is not much gear progression to be made in PvP. (Assuming player is running BiS gears). Even though we are already in the minority, PvP community, there are players out there who prioritize PvP over PvM. That being said, if a player is crazy enough to invest the time and zeny to refine to +15, they should be able to do so and reap the benefits from their hard work in-game.
