- Halloween Event: You will now receive the reward once regardless of the account you use. (if you're present with multiple accounts one will be chosen at random)

- Constellation Tower: Stellar Seals have been added to the Exchanger / Enchanter NPCs

- fixed many costume eggs to be tradable and stackable
- fixed Trans Candy effects
- fixed some item descriptions

- fixed a bug that made critical damage % mod apply twice

- fixed some buff food effects to not disappear on death
