Since it's relatively easy to farm them and the costumes purchasable using it are limited in number, before the event ends, I'd like to suggest that we get an NPC that can trade the coins for Halloween Participant/Winner boxes.
It also makes the process of spawning/opening the instance more interactive among the players knowing that they can get something more out of it.
