Choi I'm against it because it's basically just stealing time, those who can close level 20 will close it anyway.
And those who have fun climbing can always just go helper at any party.

This.. Rather than impose hardship for everyone cause you got nothing to do.. You can help other unfortunate players to reach higher levels. Only the most decked out guilds/parties can even reach level 20. Most stuck at 10 to 16. Imagine some unfortune players with no backing tried hard, scraping by with joining any parties he can to reach 10+ just have it halved to 5+ the next week.

Choi HoL is fun to do and fun to climb. I think it would be cool to have the levels soft reset to either:

Reset to half your current level
Reset down to level 10 if you are level 10 or above.

It is fun if everyone knows what they’re doing, at that point reaching level 20 isn’t difficult anymore. It’s just going to waste more time. If you’re with a team of non-experienced players it is REALLY hard.

Otherwise, -1, the ones who cleared 20 are helping other parties too anyway.

-1. If you prefer the fun of the climb, go help out instead. If you raided on MMOs like FFXIV or WoW, where party content like HoL is prevalent, you'll see why people prefer to raid with a group/static compared to doing pubs.

-1 too, even with the reduced cooldown timer on the instance it will take time to climb back to 20. Those who like to spend more time on HoL can do so as helper.

-1 If you can clear level 20 then there's no point checking if you can clear a lower level, just pointless grinding for challenges you've already proven you can beat

Feels kind of bad for teams that are making an effort but couldn't quite reach their goals before reset only to have their efforts cut.

Only 3 parties made it to level 20 right afaik.

-1. I actually thought the instance reset back to 1 every week but then i realized that would truly suck. As some pointed out, why would you go back to beat levels you already completed?

Plus, sure there are people like me who only can get to play 1 or 2 hours with a full party a week. It's hard to match everyones schedules after all. Being reset, halved or set to 10 if above would make us lose the little time we got.

Maybe we could add some intensive for already cleared Players. Like they get 5 items from the Instance for every successful Run xD
