Adding more targets for the exchange hammer

Now that we got Antiquity's, were getting alot of refinet weapons/armor pieces. Most are rotting anyway or getting throw away in prontera.

So Im suggestion to add most iteams to the Exchange Hammer list from para shop.
It would be a good update to get easier Refine Certi and with that the chance to get more easy early Lvl 4 Weapon/ Lvl 1 Armor for early phases/PvP.

Other way we could just update the recycle Npc in main office to give some mini rewards for recycling but that would be boring.

Those weapons and armors drop in excessive quantities for instance spammers, we can get dozens of them every day. It would essentially make +12 armors/weapons free, which feels like overkill.

Im usually +1 for accessibility, but yeah its too much.

-1 We already get excessive amounts and I'm not enthusiastic towards the idea of loot min/maxing by needing to visit 3 different NPCs to maximize instance rewards (npc to start the instance, npc at the instance quest board and then another npc visit to the recycler)

Not everything needs to have value
