Add an indicator that Turbo is enabled

Please add some kind of indicators that turbo is enabled, something like a status icon on the right hand side.

As a cardinal, half of my hotbar is set to turbo, please change it so that I don't accidentally tttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttttype in chat like this.

I wish we could have it like a toggle skill with a "buff" indicator. I sometimes find it weird how it behave with multi-client and have to close everything and restart to make sure i can turn it on and off.
