❌ Valentine's Event has ended
🎉 Winter Event is back:
- 🐛 Fixed an issue that caused unintended interactions between Winter Event and active Battlegrounds.
💡 Bloody Orc Run: a bunch of monsters moved from Payon Dungeon to Geffen
🎉 Bring a Friend will now be part of GM/EM Event Hours

🐛 Constellation Tower: fixed an issue that would cause a floor to loop endlessly

👗 All Seasonal Costume Crafting NPCs moved to Fashion Paradise (they are availalable even out of season, spring NPC will join later):

👗 All regular Costume Crafting NPCs moved to Costume Workshop:
- You can access this place via Muh Market 17,14, by Warper -> Special Areas or by @go costume/58
- All Crafting NPCs are back from their vacation
- Some New Recipes added to the returning NPCs: Headgear Specialst, Sheila and Arhi

🐛 Fixed Frozen Status to immediatly update Flee when it starts/ends
🐛 Fixed Marine Festival and Sandy Festival to work properly in party
🐛 Fixed Atk/Matk % not being applied correctly from: Power of Earth, Shrimp, Mindbreaker, Catnip Powdering, Nibelungen, Tarot Cards
🐛 Super Novices can now equip level 4 Two-Handed Axes when soul-linked (very slow attack speed)
⭐️ Skill Description Data Cast Time, After Cast Delay, Cool Down, AP Recovery, AP Cost is now being synchronized with the server's actual data (no description errors regarding this data possible anymore)
