Title: Make option for guaranteed 2nd Enchant Slot Varmundt Rings
Description:
Vardmundt items are not end game items anymore and even new end games items like Hols you can select the enchant you want. Varmundt re-rolls for the 2nd slot are just too expensive and not really worth if compared with other equipment you can get a perfect roll.
Why is this a good idea?
This would help people to transition from one tier to another and be more prepared for high level/end game dungeons so they can start farming for end game equipment. Current prices for re-roll is just too expensive which makes it not worth and people go direct to end game items. Also, there's not enough sellers for the materials either to try and re-roll the second slot. This would help people with better equipment to farm end game.
What risks or downsides does it have?
Not much. Current market for that is dead as only 3rd and 4th slot can be done easily and cheaper and people end up with rubbish 2nd slot ones. No market and too expensive which makes people don't bother. Downside would be that some of the rare times people sell these items they wouldn't be so expensive.
Additional Info:
I believe it could be done as other equipment, that you can have (hopefully a cheaper) RND option, and a more expensive guaranteed enchant. It could be done the same for 3rd and 4th enchants. For 3rd and 4th enchants it could be for a level 1 or 2 only and let people upgrade for higher levels then.
