The reason this isnt easily available already is because it's hard to touch that kind of internal data from one account to another, very messy and maybe even impossible with modern state of RO.
Wasnt impossible in past versions of RO (specially in pre-re) but every time a change like that happened would often cause loss of data about the char, even gears would go missing.
Now maybe there's some new info about it that im missing but unless Muh comes here to say otherwise, i dont think its viable as a regular service.
