Title: Add 15 mins version of the Eden consumables for half the cost

Description:

Add 15 mins version of the Eden consumables at half the cost.

Why is this a good idea?
Allows for more flexibility especially for players that find it difficult to get continuous uninterrupted 30 mins playing sessions

What risks or downsides does it have?
Can’t think of any.

Additional Info:
Can still keep 30 mins version the default and provide a way to break it into 2x 15 mins versions

There has been a suggestion for eden/cash consumables to be paused similar to battle manual/bbg on towns. It would be a better solution to this. Idk what happened to that suggestion tho.

Akin IMO, both should be implemented. For example, this would be nice because I don't use a gum for all of my instance runs where I don't spent a lot of time in town anyways. But I do use buffs like guyak for all. I usually end up with ~15 min of buffs remaining when I'm done with my instances.
