Cowrings respawn at go 52

I know there are many wonderful events, but I would really like for cowring to happen several times more often or for there to be a respawn of cowring at Neustadt so that it's always possible to find some to take down.

Rewards from mob can be lowered.

So I really like this idea. 1 muh coin for a randomly spawning cowring or something… sounds cool. Low rate, like once every couple of minutes one spawns randomly in Nuestadt. Or even a couple, Iunno I just like the idea. +1 from me.
