Why is this a good idea?
Those 3 cards are part of a combo with 2x weapon cards we have. Those are also the last "hero" cards we are missing to complete the sets. I'm suggesting this before they get completely outdated by other future updates.
Maybe those cards could be used for a bit before they get powercreeped
What risks or downsides does it have?
Could it cause balancing issues, be abused, or negatively impact performance?
