2nd SN and HN Costume Stones for Physical Builds

For quite some time, Magic Hyper Novices are showered with lots of love and equipment, and the Physical ones are being neglected more and more. Implementing 2nd Super Novice and Hyper Novice stones should close the gap a bit and give the Physical HNs, especially the ranged ones, some TLC.

It would be great, and not just the novice stones, but all the 4th class II stones that were already released by Kro, since we already have some of them, and once the remaining ones get released could add them asap too 😃

As a side note: consider making new boxes instead of adding new stones to the existing ones, otherwise there would be too many stones in a single box and getting the right ones would be hell 💀
