Title: Add option to Turn-in / Recycle level 275 character for Instance cooldown reset pass

Description:
Once a character reaches level 275, allow a turn-in / recycle where you can get an Instance cooldown reset pass. Optionally this can delete the character being turned in.

The Instance cooldown reset pass can then be used on another character to allow +1 instance reset per day on that character (maybe max 15 allowed)

Why is this a good idea?
Many players on this server have multiple alts to run instances multiple times per day. However, the logistics of having to unquip-reeqiup, logout-login is highly unenjoyable. However, we still need to reward the effort taken by players to level up alts to re-run instances multiple times.

I feel like this solution provides a good balance in gating instance reruns with the effort of needing to level up alts, but provides a way to rerun instances on a single character for better quality of life.

What risks or downsides does it have?
Potentially crash market for some MVP cards. However, risk is low since the effort needed to level up alts to 275 still exists.

We could additionally create separate Instance cooldown reset pass per class. So turning in a level 275 Windhawk gives a “Instance cooldown reset pass (Windhawk)” which can be used only on a Windhawk

This is a really interesting suggestion and I actually love it. It removes the annoyance of what we all deal with every day and even gives a great incentive that currently is lacking (maxing characters). I think a change like this would be a god send for increasing the enjoyment of farming instances without any of the downsides at all. I can't even think of this as crashing the MVP card market in any possible way because leveling an alt to 250 takes an hour max. This suggestion is a complete grand slam in my opinion!

Overall, the idea is very good, and I've had it in mind for a while. But there's OGHC, and we'll have to come up with something else with it. If we simply forget about difficalty, the price of gemstones will drop dramatically. If we exclude this instance from the suggestion entirely, nothing will change for me personally; I'll still need those 15 alts. I suspect that the option in which the "reset pass" will check the difficulty level for each individual "recycled/reserved" character may turn out to be difficult to implement, or clunky to use.

I agree there are some challenges with implementation for some of the instances. Perhaps it would be possible for staff to have the alt characters receive an item when they achieve Lvl 10 OGHC that can be turned in with the "recycle" character to keep the level progression with the instance reset? I think this service should also have a zeny fee - 50m-75m(?) for use of the service as a catch all to make sure alts have necessary episode progression. I know that this makes it a lot more clunky but I really do think its a great suggestion that would really improve instance quality dramatically if implemented.

This is visionary idea and I've been pondering for a few days about it. I can't even say if it's crazy or a genius move.

What I could add is as multiple chars player, this is a welcomed feature because it will save a lot of time and management. On the other hand it will moot storage expansion and gym tickets that are already put on the army of characters. So i would also add that for fairness and integrity sake, something as to be done on this regards either allowing limited cancelation of the gym passes/inventory expansion for already made characters. Or that characters that's to be turned into ticket has to have certain lvl of gym tickets (e.g. lvl 20) and inventory expansion (e.g. 10 times usage) and fully unlocking all episodes with tickets. These costs, while prohibitive, will serve as a soft barrier of which will slow down anything too drastic (progressively speaking) until we really know the full impact of implementation of this features and all its consequences (of which I think might or might not be significant to the server as whole)
