⚖️ Zero Cell Dungeon:
- reduced all drops except weapon boxes by up to 10%
- replaced Weapon Boxes F1-4 with Weapon Boxes Lux/Vita (from F1+3) and Nox/Arc (from F2+4). Your desired weapon / enchant combination can only be on one box.
- fixed Encroached Dagger to no longer roll melee critical enchants
- fixed Encroached Knuckle to no longer roll melee critical enchants
- added Encroached Book which rolls melee critical enchants
- Encroached Weapons can be recycled at TossIt into Zerocell Weapon Fragements
- Zerocell Weapon Fragements can be exchanged an TossIt for Zerocell Reroll Runes
- Zerocell Reroll Runes can be used to reroll all enchants on Encroached Weapons or the upgraded forms
- Toned down monster's strenght in Floors 1+2
- Activated partyloot in Floors 3+4
- Reduced size of Wide Leash in all levels
- Replaced Dispell from Wizard Mobs
- Monsters will cast Deadly Curse more reliably now
- fixed Zerocell NPCs to appear when using warper

🐛 Fixed Wanderer Minstrel Stone II (Top) to provide correct Severe Rainstorm Bonus
🐛 Fixed Frontier Rune Crown Combo to provide correct Severe Rainstorm Bonus
🐛 Fixed Frontier Rune Crown (Sky Emperor) proc duration to be 150 seconds (was 60)
🐛 Fixed White Khalitzburg Knight Helm resource errors
⭐️ Updated some custom item images
🐛 Fixed some item descriptions and names

🤖 NPC Updates

⭐️ New NPC Tami (Recovery Assistant) in prontera next to Temporal Tina:
- You can buy back modified gear, cards, and costumes you sold to NPC recently yourself
- Cost at least 1x Item Recovery Ticket + 10x NPC Zeny Buy-Price
- No drawing needed in this case

🎮 Skills

🐛 Fixed Magmun Break Fire Damage Bonus to work with EDP's Poison Damage Bonus
🐛 Fixed Breakthrough to grant base atk instead of mastery atk

💭 Other Changes

🐛 fixed @langtype to accept scope parameters as intended
🐛 Optimized NPC translations to ignore character names
⭐️ Sped up translations to be ready for all languages
⭐️ Added a one-time rule acknowledgement popup
⭐️ Jails and mutes now affect the master account
⭐️ In some cases you could get a Captcha Popup - if answered correctly rewards you, if not....

Muh Can i request transparency drop rate changes for before and after on ZeroCell field maps.

This would give us insight on how the market supply will be affected, so i can price fairly accordingly.

Muh ⭐️ In some cases you could get a Captcha Popup - if answered correctly rewards you, if not....

Questions on this. Maybe its not as bad as it sounds when you don't answer correctly.. but:

Is there a time limit to these captchas and what cases?
Do I need to be worried about tabbing out and timing out the captcha or about my alts I have up? I have two chars on an entirely different PC that I remote into occasionally. One with a chat up and one of my vendors I keep off autotrade for quick access. Will the captcha come up on these? On my main machine I have my master account with my alt usually up, but 40/50% of the time it's in the background.. I don't pay attention to it unless I'm actively using it. Will the captcha come up on this?

So…the zero cell mobs drop less because reasons (revalue stuff from whales) but they still have 99% reduction. Is that correct?

Just to be sure when you say drop rate reduced by 10% you mean that a 10% base drop item is reduced to 9% right?
