Okami Brigh the item Happy Ballon (ID 19095) to the server. A sugestion would be make it craftable using all 10 poring family balloons to craft it.

Okami OCP gear arent iRO/jRO exclusives? I saw the ballon on kRO and i though would be the same 10% drop rate one x.x I am not sure wich ballon is that on kRO official server then but i dont think we have it on MuhRO still
