I would like to also see this change!
One of the thing separate the 2 genders pre 4th job was the Kagerou get access to "Shadow Warrior" and the female counterpart get "Distorted Crescent". It's understandable if changes couldn't be made due to them having different skill tree but now with the 4th job era, "Shadow Warrior" no longer relevance while "Distorted Crescent" can be access through Ninja's LT weapon, the only different left is the base trait both job get.
I personally don't see why numerical value can't be change now that both gender different is blurred, if anything, for quality of life improvement to be able to look the way you want!
