Stuff for incoming new players

Suggestion to have the ff., for the benefit of incoming new players:

Global Announcement of the new player's (newly-created master account) name of his/her 1st character, a bit like a warm welcome to the server right after spawning. His/her succeeding characters - be it may from master or game account - can be as what we have right now (Prontera-limited announcement).
Special aura for the new player's 1st character, and will be removed once he/she changes job/class (or may be time-bound).
Muh-exclusive headgear (may be the same as what was given this New Year or a completely new one) for the new player's 1st character.
Full buffs (may be limited to that of Acolyte/Priest/HighPriest/Cardinal buffs) for the new player's 1st character right after spawning.
A special 'etc.' item (maybe use item ID:7644 as image reference when opened, and/or make it a splash screen right after the 1st spawn) indicating the new player's name of his/her 1st character, welcoming him/her to the server. Listed GM names (or just the main GM) would also be a good addition as addresser/sender of the letter.

As an a player who has spent sometime already i think this is nice. point 1 is already in game. The rest is mostly for vanity so i dont think it will affect the overall game much and if it makes new comer happy then it's great in my pov

What is currently implemented is a Prontera-limited announcement for all newly-created characters. I was suggesting for a server-wide announcement for the 1st character of the incoming new player right after spawning in prt_fild08.

Yeah it's mostly vanity and won't have an end-game impact - the FS buffs will last at most 5 minutes to further help the new player.

For point 2, I was thinking of instead the usual 'aura' effect, maybe Muh could create it similar to the First Faith Power of Inquisitor but instead of a large transparent sigil, it would be a large reverberating transparent Muh icon (as seen in the Homepage of the server) - more like that of the Stands in Jojo's Bizarre Adventure 😛
