I would agreed to make the fragment of vicious mind usable inside bio5 as a "fly wing" but keeping its 5 seconds cooldown. We already can back to city and uses it every 5s, so i dont rly see a problem in be able to uses it inside bio5 instead have to back to city to use it again.
