R_Zoro There is an NPC that can covert any headgear into a costume for 10 Muh Coins and 1m Zeny. 2nd floor, bottom middle I believer. I forget her name. So if you can get that hat, you can absolutely make it into a costume if I'm not mistaken.
GMIcecold The NPC is called Sandra, but she has not all items, this one for example is missing and we will add it 🙂
