or maybe just make the misterious ore to be sold by npc or can be aquaired from heirloom

hello, im magic class user want to make the vesper helm, but the ingredients is so hard to get, meanwhile alot of very good gear for physical like belze crown and captain coat can be made easily since the material can be bought, or acquired from heirloom, please help us magic classes
