It's not an issue with page itself, it happens due to adblocks. E.g. in brave browser I had to whitelist the page in both the 3rd party extension ublock origin, as well as in the integrated brave-shield.
Edit: maybe a hint could be added to the page to disable adblockers. The only "real" other solution I see would be loading those banners through a proxy to trick the adblockers, which I don't believe is worth the effort at all here 🙂
