Sura: Dangerous Soul Collect (Zen)

It's not really a bug, but it's missing an important info about 3rd class job skill of Sura.

At the moment it says:
Dangerous Soul Collect(Zen): "Summons 5 Spirit Spheres at once."

But the info "This skill will grant up to 15 spheres at once when under the effect of Rising Dragon." is missing.

Or change it to "Summons all Spirit Spheres the user can get. "

This should not be written in the champion's skill, but in Risinig dragon Sura, with a footnote to that skill. So as not to mislead and people don't ask where this Rising dragon is on my champion
